
The revenue from operations was reported at Rs 11,196.22 crore in the June quarter, representing a marginal rise of 1.7% YoY compared to a revenue of Rs 11,006.18 crore in Q1 FY25.
Total expenses for the first quarter of FY26 stood at Rs 7,114.23 crore, representing a 7% increase from Rs 6,643.07 crore recorded in the year-ago period.
The transmission segment reported revenue of Rs 10,694.66 crore, showing a slight dip from Rs 10,727.97 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Revenue from the consultancy segment surged 120% YoY to Rs 405.92 crore, compared to Rs 184.21 crore in Q1 FY25.
The telecom segment posted revenue of Rs 289.49 crore for the June 2025 quarter, an increase of nearly 18% from Rs 245.84 crore in the same period last year.The company’s net profit margin stood at 32% as of June 2025, down from 34% in both March 2025 and June 2024.Operating margin remained stable at 85% at the end of June 2025, unchanged from March 2025, but lower than the 89% recorded in June 2024.
The total debt-to-assets ratio stood at 0.48 as of June 2025, consistent with the level in June 2024, but slightly below the 0.49 reported in March 2025.
Shares of the company were trading 1% lower at Rs 290.15 following the announcement of its Q1 results.
